The Redwine Band books over 90% of their shows each year for corporate or private events and weddings. WHAT IF I NEED LIVE BACKGROUND MUSIC OR A TRIO, MAYBE A DUO?
You can contract The Redwine Band full 5 or 4 PIECE BAND, (Drums, Bass, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitars & Vocals) A TRIO (Drums, Bass, Rhythm Guitar & Vocals), a DUO or A SOLO act (Guitar & Vocals) to perform depending on what you need for a successful event. Professional DJ & Emcee Services are also on The Redwine Band staff for an event entertainment one stop shop!
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
The Redwine Band works with a booking agent and band manager for all events. Aaron Stark, The Redwine Band's booking agent, has years of experience with promotions and event planning and will spare no expense to make your vision come to life. Whether entertaining a group on the last day of the conference, or having a company party to celebrate a recent success, leave with a lasting impression of "Texas Country" as a gift in hiring The Redwine Band as your choice of entertainment. The Redwine Band show is available for as little as 2, to a maximum of 5, Forty Five minute live music sets, with 15 minute breaks in between sets. Adjustments to the event timeline and set list can be made prior to the show or "on the fly" the day of with no problem. The band likes to arrive at the event location about two to three hours before the show to set up the sound equipment, stage backdrop and lights, run a sound check and make sure everything is good to go before your guests start to arrive. The Redwine Band also sets up an additional microphone on stage for willing guests to either sing along or even perform with the band on a tune or two ! A wireless microphone tied into the bands sound system on stage is also provided and available for the client or event host to use for the event.
WHAT ARE YOUR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS?
The sound equipment, musical instruments and lights are provided by The Redwine Band for your event. The sound system, stage setup & lights are designed to entertain a group of up to 500 people and as little as 10. Before, during breaks and after the show, family friendly and event appropriate MP3 playlists are played through the band's sound equipment for a seamless production. Two dedicated fifteen amp electrical outlets and a level stage area close to 12' X 16" free of any fixtures or obstructions is all the band needs to get everything set up and the party started!
